Learning approaches

During the programme, you'll have the chance to lead other delegates in a challenging but safe environment. This enables you to analyse your own performance, and receive feedback from others. Throughout this process, you'll be asked to relate your learning back to your own workplace and your own coaching situation.

You will also have access to a detailed 360° analysis of your style, using the SLII and Belbin team role assessment questionnaires.
